Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sacketickets, the ticketing platform operated by Sack-E Co. Ltd ("Sack-E"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Sack-E provides a platform for event organizers to sell tickets and for attendees to discover and purchase tickets. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and purchasing tickets.

Sack-E sells tickets as an agent on behalf of event promoters, who set ticket prices and are responsible for delivering their events. The promoter is named at checkout. Each order carries a Sack-E service fee, shown separately before you pay. The service fee is non-refundable except where we charged you in error.

Refunds for cancelled, postponed or materially changed events are governed by our Refund, Cancellation and Postponement Policy, which you accept at checkout and which forms part of these Terms. Approved refunds are returned only to the original card used for the purchase.

You agree not to use Sack-E for any unlawful purpose, to resell tickets above face value without authorization, or to engage in fraudulent activities.

Sack-E is not responsible for the events themselves. Questions about event quality, safety, or occurrences are the responsibility of the promoter; where an event is not delivered as advertised, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
