The whole flow, start to finish — nothing hidden behind a sales call.
Add your event details, upload artwork, and set up as many ticket tiers as you need — early bird, general, VIP, whatever your pricing looks like.
Share your event link. Buyers check out in seconds and receive tickets by email straight away, with a copy saved to their account.
Sync your devices before gates open, then scan from any phone or tablet — online or off. Your team sees the live door count as it climbs.
Net earnings are tracked live in your dashboard. After the event wraps, your payout is transferred to your registered merchant bank account.
Outdoor venues, patchy signal, guest lists that change on the night. These are the specific problems the platform is designed around.
Download the guest list to each phone before gates open, and your staff can check tickets with no internet at all. The scans save on the phone and send up on their own once you are back in signal, so the line never stops moving.
Your dashboard updates in real time — tickets sold per tier, revenue to date, and how many people have actually walked through the door. No waiting for an end-of-night report.
Invite co-organizers and gate staff with role-based access so they can scan and manage guests without ever touching your account credentials.
Send comps to sponsors, media, and guest list in a few clicks. Each one is tracked and redeemable exactly like a paid ticket, so your door count stays accurate.
Plans change. Buyers can pass a ticket to someone else from their account, and both sides get email confirmation — no reprints and no arguing at the gate.
Ticket QR codes stay locked until midnight on the day of the event, which shuts down the screenshot-sharing problem well before anyone reaches your door.
Most ticketing platforms assume you'll have good signal at the gate. Plenty of venues don't. Before doors open, each phone downloads the whole guest list, so from that point on it can check tickets entirely on its own — no waiting, no spinning, no “try again in a second.” When your team gets back in signal, the night's scans send up and your attendance numbers fill in.
The things organizers ask before they commit.
Create an organizer account, then set up your event page with your ticket tiers and pricing. Once you publish, your event link is live and you can start selling immediately.
That is fine — the scanner works offline. While you still have signal, tap "Sync Event Data" on each phone to download the guest list. Your team can then check tickets at the gate with no internet, and the scans send up on their own once the phones are back in signal. Just close online sales before you go offline, so nobody buys a ticket that the phones have not downloaded yet.
Your net earnings are tracked in real time in your Organizer Dashboard. Payouts are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the event concludes, and are transferred to your registered merchant bank account.
Yes. You can send role-based invites to co-organizers and gate staff so they can scan tickets and manage guests using their own accounts, without access to your organizer credentials.
Yes. You can issue complimentary tickets to sponsors, media, or guest list directly from your dashboard. They are tracked and scanned the same way paid tickets are.
